It means helping retailers extensively grow their sales via our market-leading network. For partners, it means getting an ultra easy way to procure gift cards from the largest catalogue via our lightweight API.

The team behind Reward Cloud set up the UK’s first Daily Deal website which after only 8 months of trading, was acquired by MoneySupermarket.com. Our mission is to help people save money; this time around we’re using our strong partnerships within this sector and unique technology to give customers the ultimate shopping experience.

We’re also backed by Europe’s most successful VC Passion Capital, and Paul Forster, Founder and ex-CEO Indeed.com.

To achieve our goal we are looking for an awesome recruiter to join our COO on the quest to hire the best sales, marketing and engineering talent in the Brighton area.

This is a high impact role with a wide scope and key responsibilities. You will own end to end recruiting, deliver best in class candidate experience, and work with the founders to build a strong employer brand for Reward Cloud.

Job Description:

What will you be up to at Reward Cloud?

  • Execute a hiring plan against the overall business headcount goal, largely focused on Software Engineering, will also be required initially to hire for our commercial teams.
  • Build a diverse pipeline of candidates through direct sourcing and/or inbound campaigns.
  • Act as first point of contact for passive candidates, evaluate their background, and get them excited about Reward Cloud.
  • Implement an effective and efficient interview process.
  • Ensure a positive experience for every single candidate who is engaged with Reward Cloud, from the first email to offer and beyond into onboarding.
  • Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leaders on a regular cadence.

What do you need?

  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience - sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing and on-boarding.
  • Experience hiring Marketing, Sales and Customer Success candidates in the technology space. Comfortable hiring excellent CSMs, AMs, Engineers, and marketing managers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have worked directly with C-level stakeholders.
