Job Description:

Our flagship product is Asset Bank, a digital asset management application, which is used by 600 clients worldwide. We offer Asset Bank as an on-premise application hosted by the client or as a SaaS solution. Our our on-premises installations are predominantly Windows, whereas our SaaS infrastructure is Linux. The primary role is to service Windows on-premise clients but some capacity to manage Linux based support would be an advantage.

 

We are looking for a someone with the skills to support the both technical staff and end users of our Asset Bank application, specifically:


 - in-depth experience with Windows Servers
 - good knowledge of automation and configuration management tools, specifically Powershell
 - the capacity to manage all aspects of remote installs using Java/Tomcat, IIS, MS SQL Server, MySQL, Apache
 - experience of troubleshooting remote issues and arranging access to servers using VPNs
 - the ability to manage data exports and migrations,
 - SSO integrations: LDAP using IWA, SAML

 

Because of the variety of our hosting offering, some familiarity of working with Linux would be preferable. Strong client communication skills and a penchant for problem solving are also key to this role.

 

You should have a good relevant technical degree, or equivalent level of experience. We are open to considering both full and part time applicants.
