Job Description:

Totaljobs Group in is looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our team in either Havant or London to help us create best in class experiences for the UK’s top career websites. You’ll work closely with scrum teams and be an advocate for following the right process for product development. The right person will also be well versed with the user experience process and be comfortable getting buy-in and taking sprint teams with you on the journey.

As well as being able to comfortably shape our products you will have an eye for detail and be able to work hands-on to turn that vision into reality. As a product designer, you’ll be able to demonstrate a successful track record of defining and delivering digital and mobile products in a competitive environment.

 
Skills Range:
  • A solid online portfolio clearly illustrating the processes you followed, as well as outcome reached
  • 4+ years’ work experience creating user stories, scenarios, journey flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes and visual design for desktop and mobile-based applications and websites.
  • 4+ years executing visual perfection and creating production ready assets
  • Work closely with UX Research, Design, Product and Engineering teams to translate complex challenges to effortless, simple solutions that meet both user and business needs.
  • Highly experienced in Axure, sketch, Adobe CC Suite, inVision and not being afraid to put pen to paper
  • Ability to manage own workflow and function autonomously, but also excellent with collaboration and accepting group critique.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills
  • Extremely detailed-focused, while at the same time, maintaining a view of the larger challenge at hand
