Job Description:

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for the receiving, managing, and processing of video content from our clients.

The processing of content requires you to do the following:

• Downloading of content sent to you by the client either via WeTransfer, My Air Bridge or FTP.
• Encoding of the video content to various bitrate standards
• QC and adjusting as necessary
• Liaising with the client concerning any source errors
• Uploading of the final video content to our video content server platform
• Adding either new content or replacing existing content to a client’s online solution via a CMS.
• Editing the client's website as required through a CMS

As part of your role, you will be expected to attend markets and events in France, Germany, the US, and Canada, etc. as required throughout the year.

During markets and events in addition to the processing of video content, you will be working alongside other team members to provide technical support to clients e.g. troubleshooting basic issues with equipment.

Skills Range:
  • • A firm understanding of video encoding techniques & formats
    • Strong understanding of streaming media technologies
    • Experience with video encoding software such as Premiere Pro / Media Encoder
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products
    • Knowledge of the Microsoft office suite
    • Strong organisational skills coupled with a high level of attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask efficiently whilst remaining calm under pressure
    • Good Communications skills both verbal and written
    • Experience using FTP clients such as FileZilla, Cyberduck, etc.

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
Attendance: Full-Time
