The Digital Roundup
We’ve loads of great news from our members this month, and the first shout-out goes to Make Real; they’ve been selected to develop immersive training content for two Construction Industry Training Board consortium projects.
We saw some cool work from RMV Productions; they collaborated with BRIT award winner Tom Walker to create animated assets, from lyric videos to social media promos and screen visuals for his live performance on X Factor.
As part of their ‘Giving Back’ initiative, Elucidat worked with the Survivors’ Network, a Brighton charity for survivors of sexual violence, creating an interactive online app to help those who’ve suffered trauma.
It’s onwards and upwards for Freedom Works; they opened a new flexible office and co-working space near Gatwick, adding to their portfolio of sites across Hove, Worthing and Chichester.
We saw a fascinating VR project from RBD Design: taking users on a journey through two antique maps, including the first known printed map of Amsterdam, which was showcased at the prestigious Tefaf Art Fair in Maastricht, the Netherlands.
Congratulations to Ty Abiodun who recently launched his book ‘A Sense of Place’, a project exploring the idea of place and how they develop strong identities and cultures.
Buff Motion welcomed a new addition to their creative team, designer and illustrator Ann Macleod who moved down from Glasgow to pursue a career in Illustration.
It’s an exciting time for Charanga right now, scooping 2 awards in 8 days for 'Best Product to Support Art, Music and Drama in the Classroom' and 'Outstanding Digital/Technological Resource'. They also announced a collaboration with acclaimed violinist Nicola Benedetti, bringing her "With Nicky" video series to their global network of music teachers, schools and pupils.
…Remember, if you’ve got any news to share (such as new work, products, services, clients or award wins) you can post it on our Member News Board…

Art + Tech: a unique opportunity for artists
We’ve launched a new fully-subsidised 6-month residency programme at our innovation hub The FuseBox for artists who are interested in utilising emerging technologies, like immersive, interactive, 5G and quantum computing, in their work and engage with how data and data-generation might facilitate that.
The Arts Driva @ FuseBox programme gives artists in the Coast to Capital LEP region an opportunity to extend their practice using new technological tools and platforms, develop methods to further impact and communicate with audiences, and establish relationships with an extensive network of individuals and organisations.
Interested or know someone who might be? Find out more and how to apply here or come along to one of our Open Days.
How to craft the perfect job advert
