Talent2018: Creating a skills manifesto for our digital sector
On the second day of our recent Talent2018 festival, over 100 digital business leaders came together for a morning of talks around attracting, training and retaining talent, and to learn from one another, explore strategies to help develop a sustainable talent pool and discuss the collective challenges we face.
Our goal is to now take all that discussion, learnings and enthusiasm and turn it into a Talent Manifesto; helping us articulate together what we believe and what we intend to do to ensure we make our cluster the best in the UK for attracting and nurturing the talented individuals who will help us prosper.
If you would like to comment, help or engage with the Talent Manifesto, find out more here.
