CITB logoLocal leading Brighton immersive technology studio Make Real has been selected to develop immersive training content for two CITB consortium projects, as part of the latest structured funding round to improve apprenticeship training within the construction sector.

The first project around highways is in partnership with BAM Nuttall and Highways England. The second project sees Make Real join with Morgan Sindall, Tideway and TunnelSkills, to focus on delivering content around tunnelling skills.

Make Real was selected due to their experience of developing successful and effective immersive training content deployed into the construction sector previously, across a range of platforms, including Virtual, Augmented and Mixed Reality. Both of these large scale projects will be developed for deployment late-2019 for pilot phases in 2020.
