Project Description: Looking for freelancers who have robotic process automation experience or want to learn!

We are starting an RPA project and so looking to build a freelance development team to help us with robotic process automation specifically Automation Anywhere.

Happy to consider people with a business analyst / coding background who are keen to learn a new skill, as we can point you in the direction of learning resources and give you support

Robotic process automation is gaining momentum and the platforms are largely low code no code although some development / programming background is advantageous.

Development can be done remotely but we are expecting people to travel to locations when necessary for testing, deployment and training. We have sites in London, Lewes, Leicester, Cardiff, Manchester to name but a few but travel costs would be reimbursed. Apart from this we are happy for you to work from home.

We run in agile sprints so whilst involved in projects you would be expected to dial in to stand up calls and take part in planning sessions and retrospectives. This would obviously be considered part of your billing time.

We have an aggressive plan for the next 18 months and so it would be good to find 2 or 3 people who we could train together and bring up to speed. We don’t anticipate that the projects would be constant over 18 months but we would do our best to plan with you so you can manage your other client commitments.

Ideally you will be an experienced programmer or business analyst. Those who take well to RPA are not necessarily coders as the platforms are largely low code no code but they are very logical. So business analysts or database developers also do well.

Happy to have a conversation and meet up for a coffee if you want to find out more.
Budget: 80000
