About the Workspace
We are looking for tenants for the lower ground floor of our five-storey period building (418 sq ft). The property is situated on Marlborough Place overlooking the revamped Jubilee Gardens.
The two offices, plus a middle room for copying/scanning, are a good size, suitable for social distancing and can be accessed via a separate street access. There are shared kitchen and WC facilities. Rent is charged at £8,000 per annum inclusive of utility bills as well as cleaning of the common areas (kitchen and toilets), building maintenance and insurance. Business rates are charged on a pro rata basis as the whole building is assessed as one. The approximate rates payable for the office is £2,680 per annum. Tenants are responsible for their own telephones and broadband.
We are looking for tenants to rent from February or May 2023 until March 2024. We are due to renew our lease in April 2024 so there would be potential for you to stay past March 2024.
