About the Workspace

Desks available in our central Brighton studio!

If you already know us, you'll know that Baxter & Bailey is a multi award-winning creative agency working with great brands across multiple sectors including the arts, charity, education and publishing, here in the UK and internationally too. What you might not know is that we do all of that from a lovely, bright, open-plan work space in central Brighton. And we're looking for creative professionals to come and share our studio.

The offer

We have up to four desk lets available at £275 + VAT PCM each. For that, you'll get the following:

• A dedicated electric standing desk in a vibrant, open-plan studio
• Power, heating and access to fast, dedicated, direct-to-studio broadband supplied by local tech legends Metranet
• Bookable use of our glazed internal meeting room
• Unlimited tea, coffee and healthy snacks
• Indoor bike storage
• A shared, small (but perfectly formed) outdoor roof terrace
• The security of a locked, alarmed space (NB: personal contents insurance is required)

The detail

Our studio is a self-contained, private, open-plan space within a small, multi-tenant, ex-industrial building on Richmond Parade. Businesses within the same building include a commercial music agency and a brilliant animation studio. The Baxter & Bailey studio occupies a separate floor from the rest of the building's businesses. Our team is currently eleven strong and comprises our founders, a senior team of design, digital and account directors and a design team.

Our ambition is for any new sub-letters to come from industries or specialisms adjacent to our own, such as: creative copywriters, animators, web developers, interior designers, film-makers, producers and photographers. If that sounds like you, do get in touch.
